The 2SC1945 has 2.5 dB more gain than the 2SC1969 .Without changing the drive train a full 8 - 10 Watt PEP qrp ssb should be possible. The emittor resistors should be changed to handle the current. The wire bridges in front of the transistor have to be changed for correct BEC. For best results only original Mitsubishi types must be used..
